The work of ARC4Justice is to advance a vision of society where the systemic roots of inequities in housing and community systems have been addressed, where power and resources are held and allocated by those who have been most marginalized, where all cultures are appreciated, and wholeness, rather than scarcity, is the guiding principle

The Racial Equity and Housing Stability Strategist & Educator is part of the Racial Equity Design and Implementation (REDI) team. The REDI team provides skilled support to help communities recognize, document, and dismantle systematic racism in housing. Using both established frameworks and innovative approaches, REDI strategists, trainers, and facilitators advance more equitable access to affordable housing and services that people need to grow, recover, and thrive. Deadline to apply is May 15, 2023.
